METHODS OF PAYMENTS:
We accept Visa,Mastercard,debit cards,Pay Pal,Discover,American Express for immediate processing. You may also pay with a cashiers check, money order or personal check made payable to contact information below. Once we receive your check or money order it will be deposited and once cleared your item will be shipped, please make sure you include the item you would like to order along with item # and address for item to be shipped to. If you are using one of these methods please contact us prior ordering with personal check or money order. Cashiers check and money orders payable in U.S. and can be drawn from a U.S. bank.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date ordered, excluding weekends and holidays.
Ground shipments are usually received by our customers within 5-7 business days, however depending on location could take up to 10 business days.
All Ground, 2 or 3-day shipment options are provided by UPS, FED EX or USPS,carrier selected by Family Tent Camping.
WANTING TO ASSURE ITEM AVAILABILITY ON ITEM FOR 2 OR 3 DAY SHIPMENT:
To ensure item availability for 1, 2 or 3 day delivery please call us prior ordering
during normal business hours, if you reach us after hours please leave a message to include your name, phone number we can reach you at, item name & item number along with an address for shipment. We return all phone calls 6 days a week from 8:00a-6:00p(cst).
If you proceed with your order for 1, 2 or 3 day delivery and item is NOT available Customer will be responsible for a 8% processing fee.
MILITARY ADDRESS:
If you have an APO/FPO address when your order is shipped, it will take approximately 5-7 days to arrive at the military drop off in the United States on east or west coast. After drop off, the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA) takes responsibility for your shipment and it will be processed through the military mail system. Because of this there is no in-transit tracking. Military mail distribution tries to deliver a package on an average of 12 business days, but due to uncontrollable situations, it may take up to 6 weeks.Please be advised that we take no responsibility for shipments to APO/FPO's since they cannot be tracked once they are received by the military.
Items which offer FREE SHIPPING apply only to the 48 States only and does not include APO/FPO's or Hawaii.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges that are refused upon delivery in addition to a 15% restocking fee which will be at discretion of Family Tent Camping. This policy applies to all products, including items that are promoted as free shipping.
All shipping fees will be shown prior to purchase during checkout. Please note that size limitations on certain items may need additional shipping charges after order is placed. If this occurs we will contact you prior to shipment.

You can find out how much shipping is going to be by going to your shopping cart and clicking on the Check Out button once. Enter your shipping address and choose a shipping method, then click Continue to see the shipping costs.
