REPLACEMENT PARTS
Replacement parts may be ordered with consumer service at 1-800-325-TENT (8368).
To expedite your request, please have the style, model, and item number of your tent available when you call. This number may be found on a small white tag sewn onto the interior wall of the tent - usually around the door. Pricing and availability of poles, flys, etc, may be verified immediately when you call us with that number.
We accept Visa and MasterCard for phone orders. Personal checks and money orders are also acceptable forms of payment. After calling us for pricing, your check or money order can be mailed to:

Tent poles are available for approximately 5-7 years from the date of manufacture.
Service hours are 7:00am to 6:00pm CT, Monday thru Friday during peak season (summer months from Memorial Day to Labor Day). Non-peak season hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Wenzel tents manufactured since 2000 carry a 10-year Manufacturer's Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the verified original purchaser only.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
This warranty does not cover damage for wear & tear, abuse, weather damage, improper use or alteration and it is the sole express warranty relating to the Wenzel product. It gives you, the original purchaser, specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:
If you experience a manufacturer's defect in materials or workmanship, call 1-800-325-8368 to receive return authorization from our consumer service representative. If, after inspection, we determine that the product is defective, we will repair or replace it with another tent of equal value free of charge and without unnecessary delay.
To the maximum extent permitted by state law, the manufacturer and/or distributor of this product shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive or exemplary damages or lost profits resulting from any breach of this warranty or otherwise. All implied warranties relating to this product including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby limited in duration to 10 years from the date of purchase. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
