Manufacturer or Family Tent Camping will not be obligated to repair or replace equipment which has been repaired by others,abused,altered in any fashion other than it's original intent. Furthermore, the manufacturer or Family Tent Camping will not be held liable for any loss due to neglegence in the part of the purchaser. Upon the expiration of such warranty all such liability will terminate. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Returned merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only. To maintain quality Family tent performance:
We recommend proper set up by suggested manufacturers instuctions and storage in season by assuring tent is dry when packing to leave for home (including under floor) or if conditions do not allow this then as soon as possible re set up tent to air dry before storing for long period of time. We also recommend a floor print for under your tent to keep bottom of floor clean and adds additional protection of floor as well.
