STEP 1 Choose a level site. Carefully unpack the tent and spread it out flat, with the teal roof and pole sleeves facing upwards. Assemble all pole sections. See photo #1
STEP 2 Locate the two long roof arch poles, and insert completely through the pole sleeves, so that all 4 ends extend out beyond the pole sleeve ends. See Photo #1
STEP 3 After the roof arch poles are completely inserted, attach all four vertical corner poles to the roof pole ends, with the ScreenRoom still laying on the ground. BE SURE all pole sections are completely engaged.
STEP 4 With two people, grasp the poles with one hand above the bend in the vertical pole, and the other hand below the bend. See photo #2
STEP 5 Simultaneously lift two adjacent corners as shown. While lifting, pull the pole sleeves towards you and down past the bends in the vertical corner poles. Be Sure to lift evenly with both hands to prevent damaging the pre-bent vertical corner pole. See photo #2 Be sure to insert the pole tips in the bottoms of the vertical corner poles into the grommets in the webbing on the lower corners of the ScreenRoom.
STEP 6 Repeat Step 5 on the opposite two, adjacent corner poles, again being sure to pull the tent pole sleeves and roof into position as you raise the last two poles. Be sure the pole tips are secure in the grommetts in the webbing on the four lower corners of the ScreenRoom.
STEP 7 Once the unit is set up, position as desired. Secure the unit with ground stakes and guy-lines supplied with the ScreenRoom. Start by securing the four corners with ground stakes, pulling the corners tight. Next put ground stakes in the webbing loops along the bottom sides.
See photo #3
STEP 8 Attach the four corner pole clips to the poles as as shown in Photo #4
STEP 9 Now you can deploy the awnings out, rolled up, or just leave down. Your ScreenRoom is equipped with one set of awning poles.
Additional sets can be purchased by calling 888.700.TENT See Photo # 5
STEP 10 At this time, you should deploy the adjustable guy-line that came with the unit. Start with a minimum of one from each corner. More can be added to the triangular shaped guy-line attachment points along the upper side wall seams. See Figure #1 for proper use of the guy-line tensioners..
STEP 11 If you purchased the optional rainfly, it can be deployed as shown in Photo #6. With two people standing on adjacent sides and holding the rainfly corner straps, pull the rainfly over the top of the ScreenRoom, then secure the Rainfly straps to the d-rings on the lower corners and tighten.
